Information collected
The enquiry form collects your name, email address and message. Telephone number and postcode are optional. Don’t include passwords, access codes, customer records, payment details or confidential business files.
Cloudflare, the website hosting, delivery and security service, may process technical and security logs. These can include IP addresses, browser details, requests and security events.
How enquiry information is used
Information is used to respond to your requested business enquiry, understand your requirements, maintain related correspondence and protect the website. These activities are based on legitimate interests in handling enquiries and maintaining website security.
Enquiry details are recorded in Doxa, the internal enquiry management system, for handling and review. Later sharing with a contractor would require your agreement. Submitting the form does not provide that agreement.
Supporting services
Google Cloud hosts the enquiry form service. Cloudflare supports website hosting, delivery and security. SMTP2GO delivers enquiry emails, and Google Workspace supports email correspondence.
These services process information for the purposes described above. Some processing may take place outside the UK, subject to the relevant contractual safeguards and transfer arrangements.
Keeping enquiry records
Enquiry details and related correspondence are kept while relevant to handling the enquiry, an ongoing relationship or legal requirements. The applicable period depends on those needs rather than a fixed duration stated here.
Cookies and fonts
The website has no analytics integration or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may use essential security cookies. Website fonts are self-hosted.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access to your information, correction, erasure or restriction, or object to its processing. The rights available depend on the applicable requirements and the circumstances of the request.
Use the contact form for privacy questions or requests. Provide enough information to identify your enquiry without sending sensitive identity documents in the initial message.
You can also raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, through its complaints page (ico.org.uk).
